National Bank extended the deadline for submitting applications for the commercial banks participating in the tender for the transfer of property to rent AK APB "Ukraine" until August 31, 2001
National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has extended the deadline for submission of applications by commercial banks to participate in the tender for the transfer of premises and property, agricultural joint-stock commercial banks (AK APB), "Ukraine", until 31 August this year.
As stated in a telegram to the National Bank from August 15, 2001, the decision due to numerous appeals kommbankov to the NBU. As reported earlier deadline for application to the liquidator bank "Ukraine" was scheduled to end Aug. 20, 2001
Furthermore, according to a telegram to the NBU, the National Bank has somewhat changed the conditions for transfer of premises and property of AK APB "Ukraine". In particular, the National Bank decided not to include in the tender offer facilities AK APB "Ukraine", which are currently leased organs of State Treasury of Ukraine and the NBU. In this regard, the NBU excluded from the conditions that gave bank applicant some advantages in determining the winner of the tender, the presence of prolonged contracts with State Treasury of Ukraine for rent bank "Ukraine", which is now occupied by its authorities.
As previously reported, tenders for the transfer of premises and property of the bank "Ukraine" will be held at least once a week. Be led by tender committee liquidator Bank – Agency for bankruptcy.
Term of rental property the bank "Ukraine" can be up to two years from the granting of the right to continue for another year. This agreement may be terminated, in particular, if it is decided to sell the property AK APB "Ukraine".
